Each year, the OIG publishes a Workplan. The annual Workplan and the Compliance Guidance for Small Practices provide a road map for physician practice auditing activities. But, practices have limited time and resources. How do you select what to audit each year? When should you change your plan and audit new areas in response to the Workplan? What do you first? This session will present a strategy for practices to use to help them develop an audit plan that is meaningful, effective and meets the guidelines.
